| Prices are for rental of property only (not main house). Does not include equipment or supply rental, set-up or take-down. Extra charges may apply for set-up and take-down that occurs the night before or morning after the scheduled event. |
| * With the exception of CreekSide, event prices are based on number of guests. We require a $150 security deposit upon signing of the contract, which holds the date of your function. If for any reason you cancel your date within 72 hours of the function this deposit is non-refundable. The total deposit will be returned to you within 14 days after your function if is not needed for extra cleanup or replacement of broken items. |
